6 teenagers leave their urban homes for the first time to go on a wilderness expedition. By portraying their struggle and their rehabilitation from anxiety and depression, the film embraces their vulnerability and shows the power of sisterhood as they discover a new world within nature.

Nadia Louis-Desmarchais is an Afro-feminist artist who draws on the interstices of her personal experiences to bring to life poignant, intimate and luminous stories. Showcasing a deep and unique sensitivity in her works, Nadia has directed several short films, a documentary series and a fiction series.
